SHOP LIKE A PRO $100 per hour

We can save you time, energy and money by knowing where to shop and what to shop for. You'll also be able to take advantage of many well known and not so well known unique places with our "To the Trade" discounts. 

We start out with a plan and a budget. I then take the list and money to purchase the items (staying in budget) and passing my trade discounts along to you! We then schedule delivery and set up of the items purchased. Your receipts will be provided at time of delivery and set up. 

PHOTO STYLING from $249

Perfect for the day before an Open House or Professional Photo Shoots. I'll be at the property before the photographer or Open House to make sure items from the Consultation are completed and the home is STAGED and ready! 


STAGE TO RENT

We meet with you to discuss every detail about the property and what you are wanting to achieve. We then create a budget based on what we discussed and purchase everything that is needed in your Vacation Rental Property. We will focus on showcasing special amenities that catch the eye of any traveler! From the appliances to the perfect selection of furniture and artwork we will take care of every decorating detail. We then arrange for delivery and installation of the products and stage the property to create a relaxing atmosphere so your renters will want to keep coming back!
