DIY Show & Sell Staging Consultation from $349
DIY Show & Sell Staging Consultation Plus from $449
This service is the same as our DIY Consultation but this service includes a written staging report that includes everything we discussed at the consultation and is emailed to you within 48 hours.
HANDS ON STAGING
After the initial staging consultation we will be rolling up our sleeves and staging the main areas of the home for optimal results based on our staging report recommendations.
Half day (4 hours) from $599
Full day (7 hours) from $949
Additional time may be purchased for a discounted rate of $100 per hour.
2 HOUR TURNAROUND from $549
Are you short on time and just need to make the most of your Home Staging dollars? Our 2 Hour Turnaround service is a very budget friendly option designed to make a maximum impact. You and one of our Professional Home Stagers will spend 2 hours addressing as many areas of the home as possible (usually the entry, living and dining).

Home Staging creates a warmth and that "at Home" feeling that buyers are looking for. We will work with you to decide what options best suit your needs and evaluate the home to determine which rooms will benefit most from staging.
