NOW OFFERING ONLINE CONSULTATIONS

MARKETING CONSULTATION from $229

We meet with your client, assess the home and prepare a Detailed Action Plan that includes an overview of all the work we recommend to maximize their property's potential.  

From there, your clients have the option of 1) do the work themselves or 2) Hire us personally and allow us to implement our suggestions using our Detailed Action Plan to stage their home beautifully. 

*up to 1 hour additional time will be billed at a discounted rate of $100 per hr

2 HOUR TURNAROUND from $399

Are you short on time? This service is great for our busy professionals. Our 2 HOUR TURNAROUND service is a very budget-friendly option designed to make a maximum impact. You or the homeowner and one of our Professional Home Stagers will spend up to 2 hours in the home addressing as many areas of the home as possible (usually entry, living and dining rooms). 

*up to 2 hours additional time will be billed at a discounted rate of $100 per hr



ACCESSORIES ONLY STAGING from $399

A proposal will be prepared for you that includes an estimate for the cost of rental decor and accessories, their monthly fees, as well as the cost for the hands on staging. Accessories only staging helps photos pop and provides color and warmth to spaces. 





VIGNETTE STAGING from $629

Vignette Staging is the careful selection of minimal furnishings and accessories that are used to suggest the function of a specific space within the home. Items like bistro sets and small dining tables are used in dining areas, one or two chairs with a side table and lamp in a living area. In addition, accessories, art and plants are used throughout the staged spaces. Tasteful accessories  enhance the home with color texture and a sense of presence. For Realtors interested in Vignette Staging a proposal will be prepared for you that includes an estimate for the cost of rental furniture, decor and accessories; their fees, as well as the cost for the hands on staging.
